George Nelson and Russell Davis are rowing across the Atlantic to the Caribbean to raise awareness and provide funding to help people living with dementia
They are now around 500 miles from their new destination, Antigua.
Mansfield 103.2's Tony Delahunty spoke to George's wife about their progress today.
The duo started their journey from Portugal in December and hope to raise a quarter of a million pounds to help their chosen charities - Our Dementia Choir with Vicky McClure and Help at Hand in Mansfield.
They are still looking for donations.
