Derbyshire Police are concerned for the safety of a man who is missing from Whitwell.
Alan has not been seen since around 1pm on Wednesday 12 June, but was reported missing on Monday 17 June.
The 40-year-old is around 5ft 8ins tall and has short greying hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue t-shirt and hoodie.
It is believed Alan may have travelled to Derby.
