About Us:
Mansfield Forward BID is the Business Improvement District (BID) supporting businesses across Mansfield town centre. Funded by and for local businesses, we deliver practical services and strategic projects to improve footfall, safety, and the overall town centre experience.

Our work includes:

  • Business crime reduction and town centre security support

  • Marketing, PR, digital promotion, and business visibility campaigns

  • Monthly Saturday events to increase footfall and vibrancy

  • Free services including PAT testing, cardboard collection, and general maintenance

  • Training, grant support, one-to-one business visits, and cost-saving partnerships

  • Regeneration involvement and advocacy for town centre improvements

We’re based in the Old Town Hall and work year-round to make Mansfield a better place to live, work, visit, and trade.
