The US is aware of a reported Iranian threat to Barron Trump's life, the Secret Service has said.
It follows Iranian state television broadcasting a video that appears to threaten the life of Donald Trump's youngest son.
Secret Service spokesman Nate Herring said: "The US Secret Service is aware of the video and investigates anything that can be perceived as a threat toward our protectees.
"Out of concern for operational security, we do not discuss matters of protective intelligence."

The US president confirmed US media reports he secretly left Turkey by switching planes from Air Force One to a military jet via a catering container when departing from last month's NATO summit in Ankara over a threat from Iran.
Speaking after returning from the summit, he said he was Iran's "number one target".
The president was also the subject of an alleged Iranian assassination plot before the 2024 US election.
