NHS App sign-ups pass 75 per cent

More than 833,000 people aged 13 and over who are registered with a Nottingham or Nottinghamshire GP practice are now signed up to the NHS App.

Health bosses say more than 300,000 residents have registered since July 2024.

The app allows patients to manage prescriptions, appointments, test results, vaccinations and health documents.

Digital inclusion coordinators have also been working with GP practices, libraries, care homes and community groups to help people access it.

Digital Notts says the app is becoming an important digital front door to local health services and can help free up phone lines for people who prefer traditional contact methods.
