Owen Farrell has been left out of England's squad ahead of the upcoming Autumn Nations Series.
The former England captain played in midfield for the British and Irish Lions in the summer, but despite injury issues at inside centre, is not included in Steve Borthwick's selection for a three-day training camp ahead of next month's internationals.
Tom Willis has also been omitted from the 36-player squad that heads to Pennyhill Park to step up preparations.
Willis had established himself as England's first-choice number eight but his decision to leave Saracens at the end of the season and sign a contract with Top 14 side Bordeaux makes him ineligible for international selection.
Noah Caluori, the 19-year-old who scored five tries for Saracens in Saturday's win over Sale, has been included in the squad as an additional player as part of a development agreement with the Gallagher Prem club.
England's campaign begins against Australia at Twickenham on 1 November, before matches against Fiji, New Zealand and Argentina.
