Warsop's Jake Ball took three wickets but England were beaten in their First One Day International against India in Pune on Sunday.
The 25-year-old Nottinghamshire bowler, dubbed the Welbeck Wizard, sent Kedar Jadhav back to the pavilion on 120, and also dismissed MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja in his ten overs as the hosts claimed a three wicket victory.
Earlier, England had reached 350 for 7 in their 50 overs with Joe Root top scoring on 78 whilst Ben Stoke struck 62 in just 40 balls.
India's Virat Kohli, in his first game as one-day captain, scored 122 as the home side completed their highest ever successful chase against England in limited overs cricket, reaching 356 for 7 with eleven balls remaining.
The second of the three-match series takes place in Cuttack on Thursday.
