Stags Chairman Takes To Social Media To Reassure Supporters Over Evans’ Future

Following rumours on social media regarding an approach for Stags boss Steve Evans – chairman John Radford has this morning taken to his personal facebook page, to reassure supporters Evans will remain at the club, stating “his commitment to the Stags is beyond doubt.”

Rumours emerged last night that Evans had been subject of an approach to manage in Qatar, thus sparking rumours online amongst supporters that former Leeds boss Evans – would leave the club.

With the Stags in a prime position in league two to make a late challenge for the play-offs, chairman John Radford posted the following message on his facebook page this morning, which the club subsequently shared.

The Stags face a home game with Exeter City on Saturday, Exeter occupy the final play-off place and are just one point above Steve Evans’ men.
