Former Stags keeper Scott Shearer has signed for League One outfit Oxford United.
Shearer was deemed surplus to requirements at the end of the season and released by the club.
The Scot arrived in 2015 and played 46 games for the Stags, but found himself as the number 2 following the arrival of Steve Evans and Jake Kean, who has now gone back to parent club Sheffield Wednesday.
The 36 year old was one of 11 players let go and will now be plying his trade at the Kassam Stadium in the upcoming season.
