Hynd ends Paralympics with two gold medals

Hynd ends Paralympics with two gold medals
Kirkby-in-Ashfield's Ollie Hynd will return from Rio with three medals – two of them gold – after an excellent Paralympic Games for the young swimmer.
He saved the best until last, breaking the world record, to take first place in the 200m Individual Medley on Saturday night in a time of 2mins 20.01secs.
It came on the back of another gold for Hynd in the 400m freestyle and a silver in the 100m backstroke earlier in the Games.
That was not the only success in Brazil for Mansfield's Nova Centurion swimmers as Charlotte Henshaw picked up a bronze in her event, the 100m breaststroke.
Both Henshaw and Hynd will be honoured for their medal triumphs in an event in the centre of Mansfield this Saturday (24th September).
