5th Mansfield Sea Scouts celebrates 100 years of operations
The 5th Mansfield seas scout group are celebrating their 100th year of operations this year and this Saturday, are holding a reunion event at their Devon drive base.
The open day, invites the local community and past members/staff to visit our headquarters and take a look at the groups 100 year history through various means such as photographs, old footage right up to the present day.
Lee Giles is the Chairman of the group “What we’ve got is all of our own equipment to demonstrate to past and present members to look at how far we’ve come over the years. It’s a good opportunity for past members to meet up with each other as well”
