Stags Prepare For Biggest Day

Mansfield Town are getting ready for their biggest game in recent times at the One Call Stadium this afternoon.

The Stags face York City in the second leg of their Blue Square Bet Prem Play-Off Semi-Finals.

Honours were even after a 1-1 draw at Bootham Crescent on Wednesday night.

Today's winners will go on to Wembley on Sunday 20th May to face either Luton Town or Wrexham in the Final for a place in the Football League.

Matt Green will be unavailable for the match having been sent off in the first leg whilst defender Martin Riley is a doubt having picked up a hamstring pull in that game.

There is no away goals rule in the play-offs so, if scores are level after ninety minutes, there will be extra time and then penalties, if needed.

Mansfield Town announced on Friday afternoon that the match is a sell-out with over 7,500 people - 1,500 from York - expected to fill the stadium.

Mansfield 103.2 will have full match commentary of the game in a Bank Holiday Sports Special that begins at 1pm.
