Bike4bibles Fundraising Challenge
September is bike4bibles month and one local lady called Ann Griffiths has partnered with The Bible Society to raise funds for them so that they can print and distribute bibles to those wanting them but either can’t afford to buy one or aren’t able to get hold of one. Ann is attempting to cycle 300 miles during September (10 miles per day) on an exercise bike to raise as much as she can for this great cause. You might think it’s easy challenge on an exercise bike but Ann, in her own words, is no ‘spring chicken’ and hasn’t been on a bike for over 60 years!! We wish Ann the best of luck in her endeavour! If you want to donate towards Ann’s fundraising please visit her Just Giving page at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/ann-griffiths5.
