The Guide 18th – 24th November 2019
The only hot meal some children get each day is their school dinner! You can now help change this and support local families. Due to this disturbing fact many local children will not get a hot meal over the school Christmas holidays so following the success of the ‘Schools Out’ summer campaign earlier this year they have now launched the same again but for the Christmas holidays. They are now looking for donations of non-perishable food items that can be given to local families to help them over the school holidays. You can drop donations off at St Peters Parish Church in Mansfield between 9.30am – 3.30pm Tuesday – Friday. If you would like any further details please call the lady who puts all of this together, it’s Janet and her number is 07595 474947.
