Victim Of A617 Crash Is Named
Police have named the motorcyclist who died on the A617 near Rainworth on Saturday as Keron Shane Daws.
Mr Daws was a 28-year-old father of two, who lived at Langford Road, in Mansfield.
His motocycle collided with a Nissan Micra on the A617 close to its junction with the A614 at around 11.30am.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was seriously hurt.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision. They should telephone DC Paul Jaycock in the Nottinghamshire Police Crash Investigation Unit on 101, ext 800 2225.
