Police Confirm Death Of Man On Robin Hood Line
Police have confirmed a 34-year-old Kirkby man has died after he was hit by a train on the Robin Hood Line yesterday afternoon.
It happened at around 4.30pm at the King's Mill Barrow crossing between Mansfield and Sutton Parkway and involved the 3.55 train from Nottingham.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers say the death is not being treated as suspicious and appears to be a tragic accident. |
