Mansfield Teacher Given Community Order
A Mansfield teacher who attacked a 14-year-old pupil with a dumbbell has been sentenced to a two-year community order for causing grievous bodily harm.
Peter Harvey attacked the boy after repeatedly being taunted by pupils in his science class at All Saints School last summer.
He was cleared by a jury last month of attempting to murder the teenager, or intending to cause him serious injury. |
