Woman Taken To Hospital Following Collision In Mansfield

A woman has had to be cut from her vehicle and taken to hospital, following a serious Road Traffic Collision on Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield earlier today.

Nottinghamshire Police report that two cars heading into Mansfield this morning collided and both drivers were treated at the scene by Ambulance Crews - whilst one woman had to be cut from her vehicle and taken to hospital for further treatment.

The road was closed by Nottinghamshire Police at around 11.50am and has since been re-opened.
