Recruitment Day Success For Respectful Care
An open day held so that a leading homecare provider could recruit more carers has been so successful that the company has had to take on more managerial staff to cope.
Respectful Care, based in Park Road, Mansfield Woodhouse, held the day because it its services are proving to be more and more in demand.
The company is now one of the leading homecare service providers in the East Midlands, with a growing reputation for outstanding customer service and the high quality of care it offers to clients.
An open day saw a number of potential recruits talk with CEO Scott Marsh to find out more about the vacancies on offer.
From that day, 20 people have now been recruited, with more interviews scheduled. And, the company has now had to advertise for team leaders to manage the new staff.
Scott said: “The recruitment open day was a huge success and we’re extremely delighted to have been able to offer roles to 20 new people.
“It’s important that we handpick our staff because they play such an important role in the lives of people we care for. Caring is a privilege and we have to have the right people.”
Registered Care Manager Keeley Riley added: “I’m personally very proud that we have been able to attract very dedicated people to the business. I’m looking forward to working with all the new recruits and helping to develop their careers with Respectful Care."
