Mansfield Town manager Steve Evans has made the four man shortlist for January's manager of the month in League 2.
The club are yet to lose in the league this year following three wins and a draw in the first month of 2018.
The Stags beat Carlisle 3-1, then played out a goalless draw at Cambridge.
Injury time was their friend in the next two matches and more specifically the 94th minute. CJ Hamilton scored to make it 3-2 against Cheltenham and Mal Benning hit the winner late on in the next game, this one against Morecambe to take three points back to Mansfield.
The other three shortlisted are: Gareth Ainsworth - Wycombe Wanderers (4 wins)
David Flitcroft - Swindon Town (4 wins, 1 defeat)
Harry Kewell - Crawley Town (4 wins, 1 defeat)
The winner will be announced on Friday 09 February after being decided by the judging panel, comprising of former Ipswich Town manager George Burley, Sky Sports' EFL League expert Don Goodman, EFL marketing director Drew Barrand, League Managers' Association director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet EFL trader Mikey Mumford.
In the last six games in League 2, no other side has attained more points than Mansfield Town. The Stags currently sit fourth in the table, just a point off the automatic promotion places.
Up next they go to David Flitcroft's Swindon, will either boss that day be the Manager of the Month?
