Defender Rollin Menayese has joined Grimsby Town on loan until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old, who signed from Bristol Rovers last July, has found first team opportunities limited recently.
Manager Nigel Clough said: “Rollin has been a little frustrated since we came in that he’s only had the one start in the win against Cambridge, ironically a game in which he played well, helping us earn a clean sheet.
“We’ve been very pleased with the defensive pairing of Farrend Rawson and Ryan Sweeney. James Perch is there as back-up and it’s an area we have plenty of cover in.
“It’s a good opportunity for Rollin to go and play some football,” he added.
The towering centre-back has made 14 appearances in all competitions for The Stags this season scoring two goals in the process.
Menayese will not be eligible to play for Grimsby against Mansfield when they visit One Call Stadium on March 20.
