Back To Normal?

Is everything now settling down again following last week's wintery weather?
East Midlands Trains has confirmed that its services will run as normal today.
Services will run as per the usual timetable on all routes after the train operator worked closely with Network Rail to recover from the impact of the extreme weather conditions last week.
Jake Kelly, Managing Director for East Midlands Trains, said: “We're pleased to be planning a full service for our customers tomorrow, following the impact of the freezing weather last week. This is only possible thanks to the hard work of our team and of Network Rail and I am very grateful to everyone involved for their efforts. Once again, I'd also like to thank our customers for their understanding over the past few days and we look forward to getting back to normal tomorrow."
Schools are back open following their closures on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and we can see the tarmac on the pavements.
It seems the Beast from the East has left us in peace and we can g on and enjoy spring acorss North Notts.
The clocks go back later this month so everything is on the up!
